Eugene Becker, M.D. - lnterventional Pain Management

Dr. Eugene Becker is a board-certified, fellowship-trained interventional pain management physician with more than 20 years of experience. His commonly performed interventions include epidural steroid injections, radiofrequency ablation, sympathetic blocks, joint injections, and trigger point injections. A special area of interest for Dr. Becker is neuromodulation using spinal cord stimulation. Since joining Proper Pain Solutions, he has established a successful spinal cord stimulation program that has significantly elevated the quality of life of those who received the treatment.

Throughout medical school, his residency and his fellowship, Dr. Becker was extensively involved in a variety of research studies, some of which were published in national medical journals. He served as Chief Resident in the Department of Anesthesiology in the latter part of his residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago. To further his education and strengthen his commitment to giving the best care available, Dr. Becker completed a pain management fellowship at the University of California, Davis Medical Center in Sacramento.

Taking advantage of his advanced education and background in academic medicine, Dr. Becker uses the most up-to-date research in his clinical practice. Prior to joining Proper Pain Solutions, Dr. Becker practiced in Illinois, where he served as Medical Director at the Illinois Valley Community Hospital Department of Anesthesiology for over 10 years.

Kate Gazenko, M.D. - General Surgery

Dr. Kate Gazenko is a general surgeon located in Clarksville, Arkansas. Dr. Gazenko provides care to general surgery patients starting with the preoperative evaluation and surgical procedures through their postoperative recovery. Dr. Gazenko’s general surgery practice focuses on treating diseases of the abdomen – including gallbladder disease, hernias, and appendix. She also treats diseases of the skin and soft tissue, such as removing skin lesions and soft tissue masses like cysts and lipomas. She also offers upper endoscopy (EGD).
